Terms & Conditions.

  1. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure every booking.
  2. Bookings are only confirmed once the booking fee has been received.
  3. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed.
  4. Travel fees may apply outside Worcester.
  5. Late arrivals reduce the available shooting time.
  6. Clients may not edit or apply filters to delivered images.
  7. TC Photography retains copyright of all photographs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  8. Images may be used for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise before the session.
  9. Weather-dependent sessions may be rescheduled.
